Tier 2 Technical Engineer
The Tier 2 Technical Engineer is a member of the Escalations and Network Operations Center team. He/she will primarily assist Stage 2 Networks clients with day-to-day information technology issues. These will be in the form of tickets assigned to them and will involve a combination of remote and onsite support. The Tech Engineer will also be involved in project work, for example: switch/router/firewall configuration, server migrations.
